1. What is DesiDazzle’s Return or Exchange Policy? How does it work? – DesiDazzle provides 7 days Returns or Exchange for unused and unworn items.

MANDATORY CRITERIA FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

– Return or Exchange Request has to be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.
– To be eligible for Return or Exchange, the earrings must be in their original condition, including packaging, and must not show signs of wear or damage.
– Personalized or custom-made earrings may not be eligible for Return or Exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
– Parcel opening video is mandatory for placing the returns or Exchange which should be uncut and not paused in between.

We provide Return or Exchange if

– You have recieved damaged product.
– Part of the order is missing.
– If you get wrong product (other than product you ordered).

You are not eligible to Return or Exchange if

– If we find product video is edited.
– Damaged / used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
– All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given.

Simple steps to Return or Exchange

– You can whatsapp us at +91 9507976228 or Email (desidazzle.in@gmail.com) with order id and unpacking video.
– Returns will be approved from our end within 24 hours.

If you are eligible for Return or Exchange you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your Return or Exchange request. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund or Exchange Policy.
